Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are between Orumio (“we”, “us”; representative Masanori Iwata, Mitsuhashi Building 3F, 1-3-3 Kita-Aoyama, Minato-ku, Tokyo 107-0061, Japan) and you, when you use inbox-works.com, its demo or its early-access list. By using them, you accept these Terms.

1. What Inbox Works is

Inbox Works is a shared inbox for teams, in development. It is not open yet. This site describes it, offers a demo with sample data, and keeps an early-access list. Inbox Works itself will have its own terms, published here before it opens; you accept them only when you start using it.

2. Early access

Asking for early access is free and asks nothing of you. It is not an order or a contract for the service, and it does not promise a place or a date. We write to you when your team can start. You may ask us to remove your address at any time.

3. The demo

The demo shows how Inbox Works works, with sample people and emails. It runs in your browser; what you type stays there, and nothing is sent as email.

4. Your data

How this site handles the address you give is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• give an address that is not yours to give;
• scrape, probe or attack this site or its infrastructure, except where such a restriction is unenforceable by law;
• use this site in violation of law;
• interfere with this site’s operation.

6. Intellectual property

This site and Inbox Works, including their software, design and text, are and remain ours. If you send us feedback, we may use it to improve Inbox Works without obligation to you.

7. Availability

This site, its demo and early access may change, pause or end at any time.

8. Warranty disclaimer

This site and its demo are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of this site or its demo. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for willful misconduct or gross negligence.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes arising from them are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court in the first instance.

11. Changes to these Terms

If we change these Terms, we update this page and its version number before the change takes effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
